Highlights include: living room with fireplace, full and well equipped kitchen, TV den, 3 season porch with heater, basement laundry and work shop for ski repairs/storage and easy first level entry. This special retreat is only available as a seasonal rental for Vermont ski season, January through April. People love being 30 minutes to the slopes, and having the convenience of walking to dining and shopping in the evening. Off street parking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If for any reason you are unable to take the trash down to the dumpsters behind the lattice door, please tie it up and leave it. Especially in the cold months, it can be slippery. Don’t risk a fall.
There is a laundry basket. Place used towels and sheets in it if possible.

This is a great neighborhood in Manchester Center. It is walkable to the great shopping and many restaurants that this resort town is known for. It is also quiet and has private outdoor space.
What makes this property unique
This property is only available as a seasonal rental during Vermont's ski season, January - April. The $12,000 seasonal rental is all inclusive. There is secure storage for ski equipment and a workshop for fine tuning. The apartment is the entire first floor of the house, in a residential neighborhood.
