Why they chose this property

Part of my childhood was spent in this neighborhood called Costa de Oro (Gold Coast) in Islote, Arecibo. The beach lifestyle was fun and exciting, the Mountain Views are breath taking specially the sunsets. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and 3-5 minutes walking distance to two restaurants.

There are sports bars within 3-10 mins away by car, many beautiful beaches, and close to many touristic locations. Arecibo is centrally located to many other touristic cities like Barceloneta, Hatillo, Isabela, Aguadilla and Rincón.
