Stay in a beautiful, 3-bedroom cottage where you will enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your deck, overlooking the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve. You will also see and hear the waves from the ocean and wildlife from the marsh. The home is just steps away from the public access to beautiful Wells Beach.

Picture your family enjoying this spacious home with high ceilings, large windows, an open balcony and a beautiful view of the marsh. Room for the whole family with a full kitchen, dining and two living areas as well as 2 full bathrooms. Wind-down comfortably with 2 queen-sized bedrooms, 1 full-sized bedroom and a sleeper sofa. To make it easier for those traveling with infants, we have a Pack & Play stored behind a chair in Bedroom 1 and a high chair available so you don't need to pack those bulky items. On-site laundry (though the washer is on the small side), outdoor shower, parking for 3 vehicles, multiple enchanting outdoor living areas, and beach toys are all extra amenities you will enjoy with the cottage rental.

Conveniently located just steps to sandy Wells Beach, our cottage will sweep you into the beauty and excitement of the Maine Beaches! Dine at one of our neighborhood’s many renowned restaurants and lobster pounds, enjoy activities for both children and adults, and don’t miss live music and theater events taking place all summer long in the Wells - Ogunquit area.

Host the ideal family vacation in this comfortable cottage with room for the family to spread out and enjoy! Three bedrooms offer space to relax in queen and full size beds. Top floor offers cathedral ceilings with loft-style bedroom with spectacular views of the ocean and marsh. Middle floor has kitchen, full bath, dining area for 6, workspace, living area, and a wrap around porch. First floor holds two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, second living space, and two additional outdoor seating areas.

As an added bonus, all linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Outside, escape reality with your choice of 4 separate sitting areas - 2 on the top deck, and two patios on the ground level. One patio is fenced in for extra security and privacy. The property also has deeded access to the marsh, so bring your own canoes, kayaks and paddle boards to explore the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Rentals are Friday to Friday in the summer months of June-September. Off season rentals can be shorter minimum night stays by request, please email us.
