Lakewood Lodge on Kent Pond – Dog-Friendly and Perfect Year-Round
Winter or summer, dog-friendly Lakewood Lodge on Kent Pond is the perfect getaway for family and friends. Just a mile down Route 100N from Route 4, it’s minutes to the Killington Access Road, 5 miles to the Killington Base Lodge, 6 to Skyeship Gondola, and 3 to Pico Peak.
Though close to everything, Lakewood Lodge is tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot. While pets are welcome, we do charge an additional $150 per pet. (Please note: this home has NO air conditioning, but the many operable windows and screen doors let in refreshing breezes during warmer months.)
There are several living areas so everyone can enjoy their own space. The Great Room has a spectacular fieldstone fireplace and is perfect for gathering. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms—one queen, one full, and one with two full beds—plus a central family room with a queen sleeper sofa and a second TV.
The third floor is a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, en-suite bath, sitting room with amazing views, and a queen-plus sleeper sofa—perfect for a family of four. The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.
A glass door from the Great Room opens to a spacious bluestone patio with a seven-person hot tub and a stunning outdoor fireplace. The attached two-car garage has a 240V EV charger and direct access to a mudroom with tile flooring and a long bench.
In summer, walk 300 feet down a marked path to your private waterfront on Kent Pond. Launch a kayak or paddleboard, fish, or just relax while watching loons and beavers. Paddle across to a hidden waterfall and swimming hole on the Appalachian Trail. Great hiking, biking, golf, and adventure are all nearby.
Lakewood Lodge has something for everyone—once you're here, you won’t want to leave.
