Beautifully decorated & comfortable barn-cottage on 275 acres only 6.9 miles from the Oxford Square. The property has knotty pine walls with a large living and kitchen area, screened porch and a large bedroom and bath. The Inn sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds in the bedroom) (Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional guest must pay $45 per night.) The bathroom has a shower, large closet, full-sized stack washer/dryer, and iron and ironing board. The living room and kitchen combination is complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and large widescreen television with satellite and a DVD player. There are over a mile of walking trails through hardwood forests and around a beautiful lake. Fishing is allowed upon signing of waiver. The owners live on the property if there are any questions during your stay.

Absolutely lovely, private... a true paradise in the pines. The amenities were very nice..perfect for what we needed. We did a 3 day online conference while there and the internet worked flawlessly. The hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly, and gracious. We cannot wait to come back.

We love this spot! Clare is a wonderful host and makes this cozy cabin the best retreat after a full day of tailgating, football and the crowds. This was our second stay but definitely not our last.

Rustic retreat

My husband and youngest daughter had the privilege of staying here for the weekend whilst visiting our eldest daughter who is a freshman at Ole Miss. We loved taking a walk down by the lake and enjoying the quiet. The Cottage had all that we needed, comfy beds, kitchen, washer dryer, TV and a comfy couch. We plan to stay here next time we visit Oxford.

A one-of-a-kind place that made the visit to Oxford during football season easy and effortless. Clare and David are amazing hosts and were so helpful. Our boys were experiencing all things Hotty Toddy for the first time and we loved having the cabin as our homebase.

The property was so beautiful and relaxing. We saw deer and racoons right outside our window while eating breakfast. The cabin is comfortable and just a great place to hang out and relax. We plan on coming back when the weather is cooler to really be able to enjoy everything.

Close enough to town and campus to be convenient and enough out of town to be relaxing. The owners provide great communication. Towels are so soft! Parking, coffee, and ice for tailgating coolers! Precious barn...perfect spot for game day!

We planned a last minute trip to Oxford for a football game and found this wonderful little barn for our stay. Claire was the perfect host and super easy to communicate with. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy...we slept great! Their property is just beautiful and there were deer everywhere! Perfect location for a game day weekend or just to relax. We hope to return soon!

Hidden Gem

This barn cottage was such a fun place to stay! My husband and I were in town for a football game. While we love the football excitement, it was so nice to be able to get away from the crowds and this was the perfect place to do that. The location was very convenient to the campus yet it felt like you were worlds away due to the property this cottage is on. It was absolutely beautiful, especially with all the fall foliage. I absolutely loved the screened in porch! Such a relaxing place to stay. Claire’s communication was great. Just a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
