Place was perfect for people looking for a place to stay in DC when their day is filled with activities! Everything was nice and updated, and while not a large space to hang out or cook we didn’t need it anyways and were happy

Everything about this rental was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn’t use it much because there are so many delicious restaurants nearby. Several bus stops very close and a Metro stop not too far away.

The communication of the host is the WORST! We never received information to check in only a few hours before. We had to wait 8 hours and fiat heard from host.If I were to have an issue while we were there I can’t even imagine. We ended up not staying. This was unacceptable.When I called to get a refund the customer service guy got cursed at by the host and he even said that this was the worst experience he has had with a host. Please do not book this place and save the headache as we are out of our money because he refused to refund us.
