The House:

This charming 1920s farmhouse is just minutes from Wilmington’s Historic District. With 3 cozy bedrooms, a spacious kitchen featuring rooster décor and vintage details, and original hardwood floors, it’s the perfect rustic retreat. Relax on the front or back porches and enjoy the farmhouse décor throughout. Experience country living with chickens in the backyard and fresh eggs available upon request. A peaceful escape, yet close to downtown, Wrightsville Beach, and all Wilmington has to offer.

Kitchen:

Fully stocked kitchen equipped with pots/pans, utensils, glasses and dinnerware. This farmhouse kitchen provides the perfect space to prepare a quick snack or your favorite meal. No dishwasher.

Living Room:

This comfortable space with welcoming farmhouse vintage decor is the perfect spot to plan your trip in Wilmington.

Bedrooms:

3 bedrooms all with Queen beds and equipped with a TV, linens and a desk for working.

Bathrooms:

There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the other a walk in shower. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Outside:

This property is unlike any other in the area with a country feel so close to Wilmington's downtown. The property has a shared fire-it, chicken coop and a front and back porch with outdoor seating.

This 102 year old farmhouse is on roughly 1 acre of land with three other homes behind it. The other three homes also are either Airbnbs or midterm rentals.

The driveway is gravel with one parking spot in front of the home and one in the back.
