The condominium building features an elevator conveniently located near the unit, providing easy access without the need to navigate any steps. However, please note that in the event the elevator is out of service during your stay, you acknowledge that you will need to navigate 17 steps to access the condo.

Pets are not allowed. Sneaking in an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fine and possible immediate lease termination without refund.

As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

COA Rules

Please dispose trash at the top of the hill close to the Treehouse entrance.
The directions to the trash dumpsters are located on the refrigerator. Please do not take the sign off the refrigerator. You can take a picture with your phone.

NO PETS

Do not hang anything on deck railing

Short term trailer parking in the lot by the dumpsters - form attached to be sent prior to arrival.

The quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Treehouse Condos (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

There is limited parking available for boat trailers at the top of the hill by the dumpsters. We do not manage or own the parking lot, so we cannot guarantee availability at any given time. If you wish to use this free parking area for your boat trailer, be sure to give us your trailer license plate number.
