Stay on the Georgetown waterfront in a 2,500-square-foot, six-bedroom, three-bath home for up to 12 guests. Three private balconies and a patio frame Potomac River, Key Bridge and Georgetown views, while one-car driveway parking makes arrival straightforward.

The entry level includes a full kitchen, dining area and full bathroom. The lower level has one queen bedroom. The main living level has a fireplace feature, smart TV, two queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The top floor has three more queen bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, plus the third full bathroom. Each bathroom has a toilet and tub-and-shower combination.

The home also provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, linens and towels. Outside, guests can use the fully fenced yard and barbecue area.

Georgetown University, the Potomac River and Georgetown Waterfront Park are close by, with convenient access to shops, dining, trails and central Washington.
