Sleep up to 2 guests in one of our rooms that features one king bed, a mini-fridge, dual drip/Keurig coffeemaker, a smart TV, full bathroom, keypad entrance, free Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking.
There will be one (1) parking spot on-site per room booked.• There is NO kitchen in the room or on-site. There will be a drip coffee maker in the room and a shared microwave in the lobby. The Iris is a boutique motel, however, we do not have a front desk. All instructions and info will be sent via email. Very clean, check-in was a breeze and communication was very good. It is a minimalistic type of atmosphere. We would stay again. ** TIP: The building is just across the street from a bus stop. 2 will get you a ride down to Broadway. Just be careful about how late you stay. Bus #8 only goes until about 11pm.

It was ok. A bit sparse and rustic, but not dysfunctional. As with most "self check-n" technology driven accommodations, there are some minor hassles, but mostly i kind of resent being given a "checklist" of work to perform. The FIRM 10 am checkout is also kind of a pain. Not terribly expensive, but there are plenty of traditional motels that are comparable without check-in "proceedures", a work list, and a charge if you're a little after 11 checking out.
