Be weary. I booked this from out of town. I contacted the host the day before the check in date for check-in instructions, as I hadn't heard anything. As my plane was landing, hours before checkin, I was told there was an undisclosed issue and the place was no longer available. The host offered another apartment that was smaller. I said this was inappropriate and had to find last minute accomodations.

The host team is great and extremely helpful. The place has a great location too and the flat is overall lovely.However we’ve had some basic issues:- one of the bedrooms listed was too small and not representative of the photo.- listing mentioned all rooms have airconditioning however one of them had AC not working. Team was extremely efficient in fixing it tho.- probably the worst one but on one of the bedrooms we ve had issues of bed bugs. The team replaced the sheets however the sheets also were not washed (had hair all over). Basic hygiene issues there.Overall, got some basic hygiene issues with the place which I urge the team to fix before the next customer comes in. Apart from that, all was OK.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the location and the responsiveness of our team. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The apartment is approximately 220 m², and all bedrooms, including their relative sizes and layouts, are clearly shown in the listing photos. One bedroom is smaller than the other two, but this is accurately represented before booking and is not a defect with the property. Regarding the air conditioning, as you mentioned, our team responded immediately and resolved the issue. Most importantly, we have never had an ongoing bed bug issue at this property. There were no reports before your stay and there have been no reports since. The entire apartment, including all bedding and linens, is professionally cleaned and prepared between every reservation. We have not received a similar hygiene or bed bug complaint from any other guest. We therefore cannot confirm the source of what you experienced. Nevertheless, whenever you raised a concern during your stay, our team responded promptly and did its best to assist immediately. We take cleanliness and guest feedback seriously, while also wanting to provide accurate context for future guests.
