Well stocked kitchen, lovely open feel to the main floor. Generous amenities. The basement room isn't great and the basement bath is a little sketchy but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Our stay was fantastic. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We also had easy walking access to all the downtown area. We cooked a big Thanksgiving meal and had all the space needed.

This funky old house was a great place to stay: exceptionally clean and so handy close to whatever we chose to do in town albeit dining, museums, shopping. And we appreciated the little extras that came along with place like the welcome basket, spare toiletries for forgetful people, and boxes of Kleenex!! One thing that prospective guests should be aware of, however, is that the three main bedrooms are all on the second floor up a flight of stairs and the main bathroom is on the ground floor which can make it challenging for some - especially older mobility challenged persons. There is a Murphy bed off the living room that can be used. The bedroom in the basement is also accessed down a flight of stairs.

Host was very accommodating, quick to answer any questions or concerns that came up. Due to our large group, we rented 2 homes in Dickinson, so 2 of my sons and their families stayed in this home. Very impressed with the gift basket host had there and the extra toiletries in the bathroom. She described the rooms to a tee and also clear on what rooms were air conditioned and where there was not. Pet friendly in the home, one suggestion my son had was to identify the dog treats, he has a dog that doesn't do well with chicken (skin rashes) so they couldn't use the treats but overall, very impressed.
