Welcome to your home away from home. This charming Cape Cod is perfectly located just minutes from all of Youngstown’s favorite spots.

Our home is situated on a dead-end street in a quiet residential area, offering a sense of privacy and comfort. Many of the neighbors have lived here for over 20 years, contributing to a stable and welcoming community. At the end of the street, there is a local bar, which is part of the neighborhood’s character.

This rental worked well for my partner and I and our dog. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. Some other guests have commented about the cigarette smoke smell. This was only apparent to us after we removed the plug-ins, which I found bothersome. Other than the mild odor, the rental was clean and seemed to be well-cared for. Providing a shovel and salt for snowy weather would be a helpful addition, as it snowed while we were there and the deck became slippery.

The good - Was a quiet area, massive TV in LR, they provided coffee and filters, bed was comfortable. Bad - Smelled like cigarettes, bedroom tv remote did not work (even with new batteries). Not a great area. Lower class rental for sure.

This place was very cozy and quiet. Neighboors were nice kept to themselves but would say hi. Amenities were great. Especially the toaster oven. Communication with owner was good no problems. All in all booked this place then i booked it again because it was nice. Just one thing, the gutter from the house outfront is long and my BF and myself tripped over it . No need for it to be that long where people trip over it. We never got hurt but just so you know.

Love this place as the commumity is so peaceful. For the price , you get way more than you pay for. Thx for everything as my BF and i enjoyed the coffee maker and the huge tv in living room. Cozy comfortable house . The COUCH was our fav spot . Wow that blue couch was the most comfortable couch we have ever sat, laid on. Made it hard to get up and go to the bed every night . Only one thing was the linens on the bed with the tv . They did not feel or smell freshly washed so i washed them , no biggie at all!! I actually booked for 2weeks then booked again for 10days . ....too nice to leave compared to all the VRBOs i searched in youngtown area. Thx Julie
