This pet friendly efficiency was just what we needed for an overnight stop on our way home. Clean, quiet, peaceful, and just as described. It's been forever since we had a TV free night, and the available Uno game was perfect for an evening of fun.

Exactly as described, quite crisp and clean. The steam shower is a real treat! Is this a “destination property?” No. Is it a great place to plant yourself after a busy day enjoying the Appalachian area? Absolutely. I’ll recommend it.

We chose this neighborhood because of the mountain views, proximity to Asheville, and proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

What makes this property unique

This property isn't very unique. Other than the views and the steam shower, it is pretty standard. Our goal was when making this space was to make a safe clean space accessible for people on a budget.
