6-Bedroom Home for 26 Guests with Hot Tub, Pool Table & Privacy Fence

Great for families, graduations, or IU sporting events. Six bedrooms with 19 beds, a large patio, hot tub, privacy fence, and pool table. Three miles south of IU campus, ten-minute walk to the YMCA, 15-minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs allowed on the first floor. Hot tub is open year-round. The house sleeps up to 26 guests.

You will have the entire house to yourselves with keyless lock entry. I am always available for questions -- previous guests say I provide faster service than a hotel. Parties are allowed with prior notice and approval.

Lovely upper-middle-class neighborhood full of trees and gardens.

Streaming TV with Roku. Pool table, washer, and dryer in the garage are available for guest use.

3,500 sq ft split-level home with 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 14 rooms total. Living rooms on both levels, sun room, patio, and privacy fence.

Two bus lines within a short walk. Bike paths just 2 blocks away connect to downtown, IU, and the mall.

Memory foam floor mattresses available for additional guests. If bringing more than 6 vehicles, let me know at booking so I can arrange extra parking.

We liked how much space there was, and the fenced in yard for our dog. The issues we had were a large RV parked in the driveway which made it nearly impossible for any passengers to get in or out of vehicles. And we had to move one car to get the other out. We were not given a heads up about this RV. Also there were things listed that would be provided but were not - there was only one Men's 3 in 1 body wash shampoo for 3 bathrooms. Nothing else was available. The listing said there would be milk, cereal, coffee available, there were none. We had to find towels in the dryer to use. It seemed like the house wasn't fully reset before we checked in. The trash hadn't been put out the night before and was extremely full, so there wasn't room for our garbage. The group was split on whether we'd stay at this house again.

This house has it all!

Wonderful stay with friends who went to IU together many years ago. The house was well stocked with anything one might need. Lots of areas for sitting and catching up. Nice bedrooms for each of us. It was perfect for our needs.

Perfect family location for IU Graduation

This is a great location for IU graduation. Minutes south from campus. We had 3 generations of family members at the property. Beautiful sun room is a great place for everyone to hang out and have breakfast to start to day. Easy to drop off anyone who needs a break during the day.

We had 8 IU Moms staying here to visit our sons who became friends in their freshman dorm. Now all the moms are friends and this place was perfect for our annual visit. The boys loved the garage game room and we had to kick them out so we could go to sleep!

Great space for a BIG family!!

This house was even better than expected!! There was ample space for my entire family to relax and enjoy their stay in town for my daughter's wedding. Everything we needed was right there! Clean, comfortable beds, tables large enough for the whole group and plenty of dishes, silverware and towels! I couldn't be more pleased!!

Perfect for a gathering

The multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and large backdoor patio were perfect for our get together. Would definitely recommend if you're traveling to Bloomington with a group. Quick Uber ride to downtown, or you can stay and hang at the house as it has everything you need (pool table, foosball, etc. The whole process with Jonah was super simple as well. Definitely recommended.

When a dozen boys hit it off freshman year on their dorm floor, the moms eventually all met and hit it off. The moms have been meeting once a year since and this is our go to house as it’s big enough to have all of our boys over one night for a home cooked meal. The boys love the party garage and the moms love the open living room/ dining room where we can all hang out. Well stocked. Only issue is the basement was a bit cold since it was so cold outside but the owner kindly brought over extra space heaters. Will miss this place when they graduate in 3 months!

Overall good experience. So many spots to sleep ! The house was clean and comfortable. There was no milk and cereal/granola as promised. The fact that a breaker tripped with the use of the upstairs microwave and either bathroom fan was a problem. Especially since the breaker panel had no light bulb in the nearest light and items were not listed together on the panel. Upper lights in downstairs large bedroom were not working and other lamps needed plugged in an one was also without a bulb. Bloomington recycle left a swath of broken glass on the roadway which I swept aside. (I have a picture if you want to contact them) The bathroom shower that is walk-in and therefore handicap friendly should have a moveable spray head- we had 2 people who use walkers. Beds are high and more than one step stool should have been provided. We could not find the cord to the mixer. However the number of small appliances was amazing. Garage needs lighting checked for light bulbs.

So much space! Great location!

We had a large group stay at this property. Ranging from a one—year-old up to grandparents. There was so much room with many tables and spaces to hang out. Beds were comfortable and there are lots of them. Easy place to stay for a large family. Well appointed with Toys and games and lots of kitchen stuff I will definitely stay here again

Great Times!

We had a great time renting this property! The property had plenty of room for all 13 of us and had plenty of amenities to use. The communication with the owner was a bit slow and non responsive on the VRBO app but was improved once phone numbers were given. This was the first place I have ever stayed at through VRBO and I’d definitely recommend this place if you have large groups!
