- Note: Garage is not available for guests' use. House has stairs. 1BR on main floor. 3 BRs on 2nd floor. Games room in basement.

Rooms & Beds:
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across multiple sleeping options:
• Master Bedroom (2nd floor): King-size bed for a restful night's sleep
• Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Spacious king bed with ample room to relax
• Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Family-friendly bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top
• Bedroom 4 (Main floor): Queen bed plus twin bed, perfect for mixed groups
• Game Room (Basement): Twin sofa bed for additional sleeping space
• Extra sleeping: Pack 'n Play available for little ones. We also have a queen air mattress

We have 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Both full baths are on the 2nd floor. One half bath on the main floor and one half bath is in the games room in the basement

House Rules & Important Information:
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• No smoking inside the house ($500 penalty if evidence found)
• No parties or events allowed
• Garage is not available for guest use
• Check-in and check-out instructions will be provided prior to arrival

Up to 2 furry friends are welcome with a fee, but they need to be explicitly approved by me before confirming the booking

This home was beautifully decorated and spaced out, very aesthetically pleasing, kitchen and entire house really had EVERYTHING you would ever need. Everything! I traveled with my 5 kids and my dog and this house had enough space, rooms, comfort, and accessibility for all our needs. Neighborhood was VERY safe, felt no harm walking my dog at night, restaurants close, grocery store 10 minute drive, quick reply for anything I needed from the host. Next time we come Chicago this is the ONLY place we will stay :)
The backyard was a DREAM! We need to come back during the summer.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean, organized and had so many great amenities. We loved the fact that the beds were comfortable and there were TVs in all the rooms. Not to forget, the game room was a hit with us. We loved the house and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago. The house is in a beautiful & safe neighborhood with a lot of store options nearby. Special thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable—the ideal base for our trip. The stylish decor, stone countertops, and high-end appliances were such a luxury. We especially appreciated the double oven and five-burner stovetop, and the fridge with the extra-large middle drawer fit our oversized pizza boxes perfectly! The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, pot, and utensil we needed, and the assortment of coffee and teas was a lovely surprise.Traveling with a toddler was hassle-free thanks to the included high chair and pack-and-play. Our little one loved the playroom, and the safe, walkable neighborhood was perfect for morning strolls. The private backyard also offered a great, secure space for them to explore while we relaxed.What really stood out, however, was the host's incredible hospitality. They were exceptionally helpful and incredibly responsive at all hours, including their assistance when we thought we’d misplaced an item. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!
