The smell of the cleaning chemicals is so strong it hits you soon as you walk in the lobby. It was like they were trying to mask smells with using so much. The bedding smell was so strong I had a hard time sleeping. I also had an allergic reaction to the cleaning chemicals. Also, the shower curtain was too long and looked moldy on the bottom. The room was fine otherwise. Just be aware if you are sensitive to smells that it smells extremely strong. I didn’t want to complain due to it being such a good value, but a few days later and still have a rash from the allergic reaction. Wanted to warn allergy sensitive people to avoid since they say they use at all their properties.

I do wished you had reached out to us during anytime of your 3 day stay , We don't expect anyone to stay where they are not comfortable ,
Yes , we use this same laundry detergent in all of our units and no one has had issues. The shower curtains are washable and get washed after every guests.
If you have allergies it would be beneficial to you before you book somewhere to ask what chemicals are use .
