This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation.

Excellent location! My partner and I got out each day and walked to parks, restaurants and toured historic locations. Krogers was only one block away so we were able to walk there and get some things we needed. The rental was perfect for what we needed and the neighborhood was safe and very quiet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 3 days here and had a great time. It's small, but clean, well-maintained, and nicely appointed with the basics, such as kitchenwares, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen island has 4 stools that were perfect for game night. There's a free washer/dryer right around the corner, which was nice for drying wet towels. We got caught in a rain storm and didn't have a place to put our coats or umbrellas, so a couple of coat hooks and an umbrella stand would be great additions. The property management company was communicative and has a helpful web portal for details about the property. Overall, I can enthusiastically recommend this property for solo travelers and couples.
