We enjoyed our stay at the Hostel Familia. The property is located close to the Fukushima Station. There are many restaurants in this area as well as grocery store a few minutes away from the rental. Communication and ease of check in procedure showed Akira's management skills. I am not sure you will find a cleaner property to rent and the little amenities provided helped make this a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We truly enjoyed this day the hostel Familia… It was very clean and spacious and took care of everything we could possibly need as a family of six… the host instructions were excellent… The neighborhood was fine… nice to have a 7-Eleven a short walk away. I appreciated the closeness to a train station with easy access all over the city… We had one small issue with a door lock… However, within the hour the host had it taken care of. I would 100% recommend this room for anyone coming to Osaka with a big family!!! incidentally we absolutely loved the three bathrooms and two showers!!!!

This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. They were the best hosts. The place was very clean and they had all the amenities necessary. We enjoyed our stay thanks to having all the amenities necessary. Thank you so much.

Great location, spacious, clean apartment. One bed was too hard for me so swapped mattress with a spare bed. My daughter said WiFi was very poor. (I was using mobile data). Lots of extras like oil, water, spices and cooking utensils. Heaps of crockery and cutlery. Met the owners, lovely people who even assisted with luggage forwarding which we really appreciated.Large supermarket a 2 min walk away. 2 train stations within 12 min walk.

This was the BEST property we encountered during our two week vacation in Japan. We had plenty of space for five adults. The “dorm style” three private toilet stalls, three sinks and two showers were ideal when everyone needed to get ready at the same time. Nice walkable location and large living room/dining space allowed us to watch the World Cup and play cards. Another bonus was a later check out at noon.

Large 3 bedroom, 3 toilet, 2 shower property. The toilets and sinks are all separate and in a row. One shower includes the washer in the room. The other is a shower/drying area.(The drying area worked well) It had a small elevator since you are on the second floor. We mainly used it for luggageOne bedroom had 4 single beds, the next a double and a single and the third on single bed. Note they only make up the number of beds per the number of people so you may want to move things around.It was in a great location. There were two grocery stores nearby and a very nice Starbucks. There was a whole street of restaurants if you went the correct way. My husband got a handmade stamp from this street. There were two subways nearby including one we took directly to the KIX airport that took about an hour.Overall great location, great property and all 4 of us would love to return

The apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. The location gave easy access to train, restaurants and shopping. Our host provided very helpful information which made our experience in Osaka very enjoyable.

It’s located in very convenient area. A few train stations and many stores and eateries are in walking distance.A lot of towels,complementary water bottles, coffee and tea bags and toiletries are provided. So many beds are prepared for us ( 7 people in our group) and their living room very spacious.There are 3 toilets, 3 bathroom sinks and 1 full and a half bathroom so you don’t need to fight each other every morning. LOL. I was born and raised in that area, Fukushima-ku, so that’s why I chose them. Great neighborhood, clean, safe and quiet environment and moreover close to Umeda,Osaka and Universal Studios Japan. Great access to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe and Kansai Airport. I recommend this property 200% to you. We really love it!

The host was very welcoming and picked us up from the train station. The apartment was very spacious and stocked with lots of amenities. The beds were cosy and quiet at night. Great facilities for washing/drying etc. So lovely to have so much room in a city location especially after travelling round hotel rooms. We would love to return.

Conveniently located near a supermarket and a 15 min walk to the station, it was spacious and clean. Our hosts were wonderful and offered a pick up and drop off at the Shinkansen, which was above and beyond! The only side note, is that the beds were more firm than we as bigger people were used to, but everything else was well stocked and awesome! I also appreciated that we had an elevator to the second floor, as my knees are not what they once were!

Very nice spot. We stayed in Shibuya first then Kyoto, and finally Osaka. The places we stayed in got progressively bigger with this being the largest which was nice to come home to after a long day exploring. Also a lot of really good restaurants just down the block in Shoten Mall/Fukushima.

We could not have had a better experience with this booking. The hosts were so friendly and the apartment was ideal for our family of 5. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home conveniently located

This is a great place to stay in Osaka. It is close to a couple of train lines, so it's easy to get around. The home is updated and clean. There is plenty of room, and there are many grocery stores and shops nearby.

The stay was absolutely phenomenal! Everything was well thought out and clearly explained. The host was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The space was super clean and included everything from cooking oil to water to teas and coffee. I would 100% stay here again the next time I come to Osaka. The home was easy to find and very close to a subway station and 24-hr grocery store. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very pleasant stay in Osaka

Accommodation was exactly as listed, very clean and enough space for our group to unwind in after our hectic sightseeing days. Hosts were amazing in assisting with transport to/from stations even with our late night arrival. Area was nice, easy walk to stations and a number of good supermarkets nearby. Very happy with our time here.
