Our South Texas barndominium is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and country charm. Unlike a standard rental, it’s compact yet thoughtfully designed to maximize every bit of space. Upstairs, a queen-size bed offers a private retreat, while downstairs can easily host additional guests with a pullout sofa sleeper for two and a futon for one. Whether you are a couple seeking a quiet getaway or a small group looking for fun, the layout adapts to your needs.

Property sits off to the side behind main house. Guests will have full access to their own entrance, pool and playset. No parties or family gatherings are allowed, no exceptions.

We made a short trip to San Benito and were very happy to find this listing. The owner was quick to reply to all of our questions. Place was (is) very well kept and cozy. Thank you for everything Sandra. My plans for next year include staying a week in San Benito and taking in all of the sites, hopefully this property will be available whenever we make or plans.
