Valley East Village expansion in one of Park City’s most exciting new developments. Enjoy
unobstructed mountain views from the balcony and primary suite, plus beautiful
Jordanelle Reservoir views from both guest bedrooms.
Designed with refined mountain elegance, this upscale 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat
features upgraded hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans in every room, and a bright,
spacious living area perfect for ski vacations, summer lake escapes, or cozy weekend
getaways.
Guests enjoy secured underground parking, elevator access to all floors, and a
designated, lockable garage storage space ideal for stashing skis and gear.
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games, and an in-unit washer
and dryer. Reserved parking is provided for one vehicle in the garage, with additional guest
parking available on a first-come, first-served basis both in the garage and outside.
This home does allow 1 dog, no other pets are allowed.
There is a $500 pet fee that is refundable after departure if no damages are found.
