The instructions were clear, the home beautiful, and the surrounding areas fun. The home was warmed up for us on arrival and so cool. There's a karaoke machine, darts and a whole upstairs relaxation area. Bedroom was cushy and cool. My son and I loved it

The pictures shown in the photos did not match what was inside of the house. At all. In fact, there wasn’t even a couch to sit on. No comfortable seating anywhere. If I wanted to stretch out, I had to lie on the bed. There was an outdoor wicker set for the living room furniture and the “couch” didn’t even have a cushion on it. Just bare wicker. The water was full of iron and had a strong, metallic smell to it, making showers very unpleasant. There was orangish red stains on all of the faucets and the dishwater was all red inside of it. The kitchen faucet only dribbled water rendering it useless. There was not one “useable” pot or pan in the kitchen. There was also no bathroom door, which was strange, or any window curtains on the windows. The bedroom curtains that were there were sheer and see through, so not much privacy. Also, there was another section of the house separated by a door in the kitchen, that had permanent tenants in it…which was not disclosed in the description. One of the GCFI outlets in the bathroom looked like it had caught fire at some point. It had burn stains on it. Lastly, the place was not clean. Layers of dust so thick you could write your name on the headboard.

Thank you Alicia for sharing your feedback and writing your concerns. I am sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. I always aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay, and I take your concerns seriously. After your direct messaged, I resolved the issues right away - updated photos, hired general cleaning after your stay because there's tons of dog hair. We have a well water on the property and had the water tested professionally in the past and it passed all tests and is suitable for drinking and bathing, it did test for a high sulfur content so that is why we always keep the water softener full with salt pellets. You are the only guest that we have accommodated that nitpicked everything even the tiny things that no other guests have mentioned before. But we understand that some people can be like that. We are glad we gave you free charge of your two dogs that you brought without disclosing it to us, which you only told us one service dog? Thank you again for your review.
