Studio is excellent situated in the quiet area of historical city centre on Mala ulica street; just a step away from famous Three Bridges, river banks and other city attractions. It is on the ground floor of a traditional building with high ceilings.

The studio with air-condition has a king size bed 180 x 200 cm (2x mattress 90 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (90 x 180 cm), functional kitchen area with stove, oven and big refrigerator, dining table for four and bathroom with shower. It offers a free WiFi and is equipped with all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, toaster, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV with cable channels. Towels and linen are provided.

It has its own parking lot (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 4.5m) - daily price is 15 €, monthly price is 150 €. Reservations must be made in advance.

This property features self-check-in only via smart lock. Arrival takes place from 14:00 and departure up to 10:00.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

The host was very welcoming and quick to respond to my questions.
The main room is at it's described. The washing machine is in a cupboard next to the sink. The shower was the only surprise- it's very small!

Guests are welcomed in person upon arrival, unless agreed upon otherwise. Guests have at their disposal a wide selection of additional services, airport transport, excursions, day trips. During the guests’ stay the Tour As team is available throughout the day on reception mobile number, during the weekdays also in person at the common reception at Mala ulica 8 in the city center and available on mobile phone 24/7, if needed at any time.
