This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything! Just give the manager a call on the included villa phone.

The Neighborhood:
The property provides a tranquil escape while still in the heart of Seminyak. The villa boasts access to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches.

It’s a two-minute walk to Groceries & Grind, Sisterfields, and Seminyak Square. It's five minutes to Motel Mexicola, La Luciola, and the beach.

Getting Around:
Guest can use taxi to get around or reach Seminyak area. The best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads! Give our Manager a call, using our Villa's phone, to organize these during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Extra person, adult and/or additional extra bed are not possible. Villa cannot be added with extra bed,
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest,
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm,
- Parking available for scooter only.
Enter Jalan Kayu Jati from Petitenget Beach, drive towards East. Just next to The Deck/White Peacock Shop, there is an alley on the right side - Gang Sri Dharma.
Enter the Sri Darma alley, careful there may be another car from inside - and follow the road to turn right.
Keep driving toward the end of the alley, and find our Villa on the left side, with "Villa Puri Pani" stone carve beside the door.
