• Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any vehicle
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We strive for a 4 PM check-in but delays can occur
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Family vacation

Very nice condo with recliners in living room which was needed for grandma. Great location. Only drawback is parking in the attached garage is challenging with large suv. This was our second stay here and loved it! Pool and look any river were very clean

We love Ocean Blue 502!

Terrific property! We have been coming off and on to the same room in Ocean Blue for 15 years. Beautifully decorated and very spacious so it is easy to be together or have your own space. Wonderful ocean view with two lovely master bedrooms. Property was spotless. Only complaint we had were that some of the mattresses were not comfortable. Also, pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect! Hoping to visit again next year.

We loved the room, but we had a problem with cockroaches. The condo had to be sprayed twice, and when leaving saw another one. The parking is small and very unorganized.

The condo building is old, but the condo unit was spacious with four large bedrooms and bathrooms. The large balcony with great ocean views was fabulous. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking supplies. However, would prefer more cleaning supplies such as dishwasher soap, hand soap, etc. Having only two parking spaces per unit was not ideal. Overall the unit was nice. and the location was ideal.

Wonderful View

Perfect views from balcony. Just like the online photos. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen functional although appliances are older. Ice maker didn’t work but there are cube trays and the dryer doesn’t dry very well. We did report that to the maintenance . Unfortunately the lazy River was closed for scheduled repairs. All in all a very nice unit

Wonderful week

Had a fabulous week in Ocean Blue 502! The unit was spacious, clean, updated, and well equipped for 10 people! The beds were comfortable and the view was a amazing. Elevators were very quick and the entire complex was constantly being cleaned. Called on maintenance a few times for minor issues and they were very quick to respond. Only slight problem was the dryer. We had to restart it many times to dry items even after maintenance came to work on it. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Good oceanfront location

10 digit door code was ridiculous…should have been 4. TERRIBLE INTERNET….needed to check in with work and was not able. This is a heads up for anyone who rents in the future and needs to stay in contact with work.

Expected better quality towels, we knew no hand towels provided but bare bottom bath towels at this price point seems cheap. Good sized patio needs a table. Kitchen needs a pitcher, Tupperware storage for leftovers. That said would stay here again if I drive down but not if I fly, florida places we stay at have beach chairs, towels etc. I’d look for a unit that provides if I fly, again especially at this price point.

Overall, was great! Plenty of room to meet up with family from different locations. Was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. We had a few maintenance issues when we got there but they were addressed promptly after we called to report them. Housekeeping was lacking in the unit itself. Coffee was left in the coffeepot, fingerprints all over the stainless appliances, refrigerator not clean and tile floors were not cleaned well. The grounds were very clean and staff friendly. Would definitely return!
