Excellent location, you are able to walk to the shops and directly in front of the beach. A nice big balcony to sit outside in the fresh air and also views of the ocean.

It’s a very beautiful place for a quiet, peaceful getaway. From the balcony you can see and hear the ocean. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, well equipped kitchen. Easy checking and checkout.Shops and cafes are nearby.We really enjoyed our stay, the place is a hidden gem!

Floor cleaning was very poorVacuum cleaner head blocked so we couldn't even clean the floors Towels were damp when we arrived We had guests for dinner one night and arranged to cook a roast dinner but the oven doesn't work so I had to take everyone out for dinner Shower floor tiles are not suitable as someone will slip and hurt themselves Disappointed overall with the money i spent and the quality and value for money

Sam was right: the best place to stay on the Sunshine Coast is Peregian Beach, and the best place to stay in Peregian Beach is at Sam's place. The short walk to the beach and the Peregian Shopping Square, the view of the ocean, the beautiful condo he has, and the price, which was lower than others for the condo's quality, were exceptional. The condo also included wireless speakers that we used with our Spotify app, which we listened to often to make our stay even more relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at Sam's condo, and we look forward to staying there again.

Very relaxing

The unit is set up and equiped really well, Sam was great to deal with. The view from the balcony is beautiful, it was so nice to have a quiet drink and platter in the afternoons. The day bed out on the balcony was my favourite place for an afternoon snooze 😄 Peregian beach and village is a lovely sleepy chilled out place. Although the ocean was a bit choppy for us the beach was a great place to stroll every day.
