Guest house located on personal property offering quiet country living. 800 square feet of living space with a front porch to enjoy nature. Located just outside of Mattoon, IL north of Lake Paradise. Just 10 minutes from Emerald Acres, 1o minutes from Lake Mattoon, and 20 minutes from Lake Shelbyville. Only 16 miles from EIU and a perfect place to stay for local sporting events. Other small towns nearby worth visiting include Arthur, IL and Casey, IL. We have ample parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

Great place to stay enjoyed the layout of the house plenty of space if youre traveling with multiple people. Hosts were easy to communicate with check in was easy. Tucked away in the country peaceful and quiet.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO vacation rental! The room was spotless and incredibly clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The property was exactly as described — cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again!
