This Pat Killen-designed home is a stone's throw from the beach and the best surf in the area. Close to great restaurants and a short walk along the world famous beach strand to downtown and the pier. The top floor has an open-concept living room and chef's kitchen with magnificent 180 degree ocean vistas. Step out onto the patio deck and soak in the sun and the fun!
3 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. An additional 1/2 bathroom in the main living area. 2 car indoor garage with a separate carport for a 3rd car.
