Your home in the mountains with 3 cozy bedrooms + living room - sleeps up to 10.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, kettle, dishes & essentials, coffee and sugar.
2 modern bathrooms with continuous hot & cold water, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hairdryer, towels, disposable slippers, free Wi-Fi, heated floors, projector, bedding, iron, first aid kit & other household & hygiene supplies. House is rented entirely, including a private yard. Outdoor highlights: large terrace for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful coffee. Personal BBQ-fireplace with accessories for cooking delicious food (skewers, grill grate, one bundle of firewood). It is perfect for evening gatherings.
Sauna with panoramic glass overlooking the cliffs & river (extra fee).
Activities:
We have an entire slope for sledding, skiing, and tubing with rubber tires. Sleds and tubing tires are free for our guests. Inflatable pool available seasonally in summer Horseback riding nearby + rides on mountain trails possible (for a fee)
fishing in the river, playing volleyball, badminton, backgammon, chess or simply resting in a hammock. This place is ideal for photo tours, hiking and rock climbing (routes are very close!). Parties and events can be held. Free car parking on the territory of the house.

My name is Gevorg. I'm 34 years old. I was born and live in Kakhsi, not far from the guesthouse. Always happy to meet and be helpful to our guests.
Why they chose this property
Kakhsi village is located in Kotayk region, 36 km from the capital of Armenia. It is located in an ecologically clean area. It is surrounded by mountains and valleys with amazingly blooming nature, churches and ancient temples. There are no industrial factories here, the air is fresh and clean, it is not hot in summer and surprisingly beautiful in winter. The river Hrazdan, where there is a lot of fish, divides the village into 2 parts. The village is inhabited by hard-working and hospitable people who bake traditional lavash with their own hands, grow and produce ecologically clean products.
