This three-bedroom retreat is perfect for families, groups, couples, or even solo travellers looking for a peaceful break. Whether you're here to relax by the pool, reconnect with loved ones, or simply enjoy some downtime, this home is built to help you slow down and soak it all in.
The space
Indoor Spaces: Comfort Meets Simplicity
Step inside and you’ll find a home that balances function with warmth—nothing over the top, but everything you need for a restful, relaxing stay.

Bedrooms
We offer three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and enough room to comfortably accommodate 3–4 additional guests per room if needed. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, there's space for everyone to rest well.

• Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, ideal for elders or anyone who prefers easy access with attached bathrooms and ACs.
• Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the first floor, providing a cozy, quiet space with attached bathrooms and ACs in each room.

Each room comes with wardrobes, extra blankets and pillows, and a dressing mirror—no frills, just what you need.

Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are attached and equipped with geysers, showers, jet sprays, and basic toiletries (hand soap only). No towels are provided, so do bring your own. The bathrooms are simple, clean, and functional.

Living Area
The living room on the ground floor is large, open, and air-conditioned—perfect for lounging, playing board games, or catching up with your group. With sofa seating for 15 and, it's a great space to cool off after a day in the sun.
Need extra sleeping space? The living area can comfortably fit 15 mattresses—great for overnight stays with bigger groups

Kitchen & Dining
Our open-layout kitchen is fully accessible to guests. It’s equipped with:

• Microwave, gas stove, fridge (2 in total), rice cooker, RO water filter, cutlery, crockery, and regular cookware.
• Guests are welcome to cook, or you can request a chef-on-call (charges apply).
• Outside food is also allowed, giving you full flexibility.

Though there’s no formal dining room, the kitchen is directly attached to the main living area, creating a social, communal space to cook and chat.

Outdoor Spaces: Where the Magic Happens
Step out into our private garden and outdoor area designed to bring people together. The highlight? A 6–7 ft deep swimming pool with a partitioned section for kids, making it a hit with both families and groups.

• Pool lights keep things magical in the evening.
• There’s a dedicated children’s play area, and we’ve got cricket kits for outdoor fun.
• No loungers or floaters, but the space is big enough for group games or just laying out a mat for some sun time.

At night, light up the bonfire or fire up the barbecue—available at a small fee (₹500 each). Great for late-night stories or a feast under the stars.

Guest access
You’ll have full private access to the entire property, including the pool, kitchen, garden, living areas, and parking. We don’t rent to multiple groups—so it’s all yours.

Things to Keep in Mind
• Inverter backup is only for one bedroom and the living room—not the entire house.
• No towels are provided—please bring your own.
Toiletries include only hand soap, please carry your own towels and toiletries beyond the provided hand soap.
• The property’s ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
• Fire extinguishers are not available, but there is a first-aid kit on-site and CCTV cameras for security.
• Mobile networks like Jio and Airtel generally work well here.
• The pool is cleaned and maintained by our caretaker.

• Check-in: 11:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Refundable Security Deposit (as mentioned in the listing description): Rs. 5000 (100% refundable and only for any damages, collected at the time of check-in and returned at the time of check-out)
Rules:
• Smoking is only allowed outdoors
• Alcohol: Only allowed outdoors and strictly as per Hyderabad exercise regulations
• Unmarried couples are welcome
• Children and stag groups welcome
• No loud noise after 11 pm

Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment

1. No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, even while using the kids pool.
2. Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
3. No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
4. No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 6-7 ft deep, jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
5. Pool Towels are not provided: Feel free to bring your own towel.
6. No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.
7. Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly, excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
8. Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, call the caretaker immediately

Located in a peaceful, accessible area, the property offers the best of both worlds—serenity and convenience. You’re close enough to the city for essentials, but far enough to truly disconnect.
