If the sounds of Ocean waves and the natural scent of the salt air is what you crave then look no further then our beach townhouse by the dunes! Wake up to beautiful sunrise and ocean surf sounds. Watch the tides come and go from your perch above the dunes on White Horse Beach.

Beautiful views of the protected dunes and ocean from the front and bird watching with a grove and pond in the back beyond the fenced in yard.

Walk with the little ones across the street for access to both the public and private sections of White Horse Beach.

Bring the umbrella (or use ours), fishing pole, kayak, beach chair and oh, a camera for the memories of your fantastic vacation in America' s home town.

Ocean Breezes will keep you cool at night, but central air is fantastic on the hottest and most humid summer days.

We can accomodate 4 guests in the Upper dunes and we also have a lower space that can accomodate 2 additional. Contact for details if needed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Over the Dunes! The trip was a little last minute but we couldn’t have found a better fit for our crew. Right next to the beach, beautiful views, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family of 4.The family really connected with evening walks on the beach, watching impromptu fireworks displays and family game nights. We had a wonderful experience.Kelly the contact person for the property was especially pleasant and helpful during our stay- she was a rock star!

Great spot on White Horse Beach

Our family stayed here for a week in Aug and really enjoyed it! The property was clean and well appointed and you can beat the beach views! I’d highly recommend this rental.

Charming and comfortable!

Quiet location, great beach access and an easy drive to downtown Plymouth with great restaurants, shops and wharf area. Our unit had plenty of space, a wonderful mattress on the king-sized bed and a well stocked kitchen. Kelly (our friendly manager) is on site and helpful with questions and suggestions. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Loved my stay at Over the Dunes... The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities advertised. Loved having an ocean view as one of the days was rainy but I enjoyed sitting on the porch. Beach right across the street which is so convenient. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked if you want to cook! Enjoyed 42 North and Aroma for dining out. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Amazing property with views to match! Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood with great shell hunting and views for miles. The area is full of rich history of our nation which is a plus for the little one. House layout was perfect with kid's room off the back of the main floor and the master bedroom upstairs (fireplace and shower was amazing!!). Property was well maintained, clean and appeared to be brand new. Owner was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend the property, if you're looking for a beach getaway or a family vacation on the coast! We will be back!!

Perfect New England getaway

It was exactly what we were looking for! Quet area and quiet beach with quick/easy access. Beach a little rocky but plenty of sandy areas and if you are a sea glass hunter---this is your place. The area is much more laid back and sleepier than other areas on the Cape, and that was what we wanted. Easy short drive to center of Plymouth which is a great coastal town with everything youd want to experience and of course, all the history. Took the ferry to Provincetown one day as well. Property had everything you need and Kelly, the property manager, was amazing and helpful. My young daughters didnt want to leave and had a blast.

Beautiful Ocean Views

We drove a very long way to get to this property with two small kids, but it was worth it! It’s a very comfortable beach house, and is conveniently located to lots of restaurants in Plymouth and the surrounding area. Although the property is across the street from the beach, it is also right across from protected dunes so you have amazing ocean views from both balconies. Seeing the sun come up from the master bedroom every morning was probably my favorite part. I do think it’s worth noting that this rental shares an entrance with the unit below. When we arrived the other renter answered the door while we were typing in the code and it made us feel like we were at the wrong place. It wasn’t an issue after that but it was a little nerve wracking after driving such a long way. Kelly the property manager was there to reassure us quite quickly - she was very attentive during our stay to any needs that came up.

A Wonderful Beach Vacation

Family had a wonderful time in Plymouth. The house was as advertised( except for the shared grill). Loved the welcome basket. Beach was very relaxing and within a short distance walk from the house. Kelly, the on-site manager, was extremely helpful, as well as the owner. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing, carefree getaway.

Wonderful family vacation place!

Cannot way enough great things about this beautiful townhome on WHB! The place was clean, and beautiful on the inside. Best view on that street is the 3rd floor. Owners had a basket for us upon arrival with all sorts of goodies in it that our kids especially enjoyed all week long. Loved the captain room where the kids slept, couches super comfortable and the master is simply beautiful. And beach was super close by! Just out the door and down a few steps. Both property manager and owner easily accessible. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to WHB!

A wonderful place to spend some time!

A very nice place to spend some time only steps from White Horse Beach! I found this house to be clean, modern and well kept. Excellent location across the street from the beach, hard to get much closer to the water than this place, just cross a street and you are at the beach! I've stayed at plenty of beach houses and this one is one of the best. This will be the first place I look at next time I am looking to spend some time in Plymouth!

Why they chose this property

Meghan and I rented in Plymouth over the summer of 2015 and loved the beach, people, and the town. We moved closer to Boston for work but quickly missed 'home'. Within a year found a second home on White Horse Beach that we could spend quality time at and share with you.
