Excellent location with easy access to various points of interest on the island. Short drive or walk to the beach was wonderful. Swimming pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all of our family members young and old. Encountered a few minor problems shortly after check in but the staff quickly responded to address the isssues. Inoperable ice maker was disappointing. Ice cube trays were provided but a workable ice maker would have been great. A few more pots & pans would have been nice. Surprising there were no place mats for the dining table. Assurance that we had two parking spots was not clear. Yes we had one reserved spot but the second spot was a first come first serve visitor spot. The small amount of "complementry" toilet paper and paper towels provided for our arrival was disappointing. The cost for those consumable items has little comparision to our daily rental cost. Not an item that is normally subject to penny pinching we have experienced in other rental units. When we walked around the complex common areas the landscaping personnel were so friendly and expressed their Aloha.

The location of the property was great. We never went to the pool so cannot comment on that. The property was as pictured. There were only 2 of us and we stayed in the upstairs room since it was a king bed. The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. The only downside was that the couch on the main floor looked and felt very old, and was very uncomfortable.
