This property was ideal for the two of us. We went to Santa Fe to visit family and this cute little silo was close to everyone. The yard was lovely, the host was easy to get in touch with, and the rooms were decorated so well for the fall. We enjoyed our stay. It was just perfect. Thank you for letting us visit.

This little hidden gem was the perfect quiet and unique weekend getaway! It’s conveniently located near Leiper’s Fork and Franklin, with plenty of great attractions, live music, shopping, and fun nearby. The host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

There were so many nice surprises about this property. I don't want to give them away to potential travelers. This has been one the most unique and comfortable experiences. 10/10 Recommend this listing for couples or girlfriends getaway!

We absolutely loved this place. Very clean and put alot of thought and character in the place. Our dog loved having the yard to run and play also. Overall we Definitely would rent and plan on renting again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bin! We needed a night to destress and we certainly got it. The bed is so comfortable and the owner offers free Hulu and Prime accounts. We spent a night relaxing. We woke up this morning to a gorgeous view and two curious horses in the field behind the patio (where I enjoyed my morning coffee). If you need a getaway, I highly recommend staying here. You’ll love the spirit of the Bin!

We had an exceptional time while staying at the Bin. It is such a unique and inviting property - from all the vintage decor inside to the serene landscape surrounding it. I am somewhat of a critic about the sleeping situation with rentals and the bed did not disappoint! It was so relaxing and the sheets are top notch! Before tucking in we watched a movie off the offered Hulu account (Prime is also available). During our stay, a thunderstorm rolled in and the rain on the metal roof was music to our ears. I was quite impressed the hosts offered 3 different ways to make coffee: a Keurig, French press, and machine. Thank you for offering such a wonderful rental. We plan to book again soon!

Absolutely amazing stay! This grain bin has been transformed into the most incredible studio apartment—it was cozy, beautiful, peaceful, and such a unique experience. I loved sitting on the covered porch watching the sunset and enjoying the complete quiet and tranquility. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.This morning, I sat on the porch with my coffee and watched an incredible thunderstorm roll through, complete with lightning. It was honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay!The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with. This place is truly a must-stay, and I will absolutely be rebooking as often as I can. The fact that it’s only a short drive from Nashville makes it even better.If you’re looking for a peaceful, unique getaway where you can slow down and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings, book this place—you won’t regret it!
