Palm Beach Hideaway #4: a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in a boutique 8-unit building, a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Palm Beach and Malmok Beach. Both bedrooms have king beds; sleeps 4. Swim in the big shared pool with palapas and swim-up bar stools, then catch the sunset from your private rooftop terrace. Samsung appliances, private washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, A/C and free parking make it easy to settle in.

THE SPACE
Welcome to your little hideaway: a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in a boutique 8-unit building just over 1 mile from Palm Beach and Malmok Beach (a 2-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk). Need more space? Ask about booking additional units.

Kitchen/Living/Dining
The open-concept living and dining space flows into a fully equipped kitchen with Samsung appliances, island bar seating for 4 and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. There is a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (drip and K-cups). The living room has comfortable seating, a 55-inch smart TV (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps) and direct access to your private outdoor space.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 (primary suite): king bed, 43-inch TV, plenty of storage, a sliding door out to your private back patio and a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: king bed, 43-inch TV and plenty of storage, with the second full bathroom right outside the door.

Bathrooms
2 modern full bathrooms with glass-panel showers. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.

Laundry
A stackable Samsung washer and dryer is located outside, in a private closet under the stairs that lead to your rooftop terrace (not inside the condo). We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Private Outdoor Space
Your unit has a private back patio and a private rooftop terrace with a seating area and coffee table, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails or stargazing.

Pool & Shared Spaces
The large shared pool area has lounge chairs, tables and chairs, and palapa-style sun shades. The pool is 4.5 feet deep, except for a long, very shallow section along the side closest to Hideaway #8, great for little kids to play or for pulling your lounge chair into the water to relax. There are also swim-up bar stools and a shared grill and bar area for outdoor dining and gatherings.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs and beach towels (one per person). We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Children
Children are welcome, but please note the condo is not childproofed. There is no crib or highchair. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. There is no lifeguard at the pool, so please supervise children at all times. A staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace. The rooftop has tall walls around it, but please supervise children on the stairs and the rooftop.

Smoking
The condo and the pool area are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside the front glass door on the street side and on your private rooftop.

GUEST ACCESS
Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. You'll receive your access code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. Guests have full access to the condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining areas, laundry, private patio and private rooftop terrace. The only exception is a small closet in Bedroom 2 labeled "Owner's Closet." Outside, you'll share the pool and grill/bar area with the other units. The unit includes one assigned parking space.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This condo is proudly managed by Rob & Nadine Bousaleh of Ocean Hill Properties, a family-run boutique property management company specializing in vacation rentals in Aruba and Cape Cod, MA. We take pride in offering personalized service and thoughtfully designed spaces.

Traveling with family or friends? Several Palm Beach Hideaway units are in the same building, so 2 or more can be booked together for larger groups. Message us to check availability. We also manage other villas and condos nearby.

Need room for a 5th guest? Message us before booking. A rollaway bed may be available for some units on request, and an extra guest fee applies.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee, subject to availability. Message us to check availability.

Luggage drop-off before check-in or after checkout may be possible when our schedule allows. It is not guaranteed, so please message us to ask.
