for FREE you will enjoy the best & biggest Pool in Miami, one of the marvelous SPA and the fitness center.

The guests have FREE access to these amenities:
- the ICON 15th floor MAIN POOL, a complex of three pools: the first for children; the second a square hot tub, the largest in the world; and then the big lap pool, 205 feet in length.
- the ICON SPA with aqua-therapy lounge, eucalyptus steam room and saunas for men and women, relaxation areas and juice bar
- modern Gym, with all classes included
- TOWELS INCLUDED in Pool, Gym and SPA.
The Swimming Main Pool on the 15th floor in Summer season closes at 8pm, but the Pool Deck is open until 10pm to enjoy the evening.
The Spa and Gym close at 10pm.

1 Guest Card for each guest is included complimentary with your rental (max 4 cards).

All the amenities are managed by the condo and the 50th floor pool is managed by W hotel. The owner is not responsible if any of these are not available for maintenance, breakdowns, weather conditions and other causes not dependent on us.

In addition, the guests have access also to the Lounge Nightclub at 50th floor and the 50th floor pool, whether it’s catching the sun or cocktails over breathtaking view.
Fees may be applied, it is subject to hotel policy.

The luxury complex of Icon Brickell has parking on premises and your car will be picked up at your arrive by Valet Parking Service.

Guests have the option to cheaper park across the street, or in a public parking lot, walking distance.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- Suitable for pets ap to 16 lbs. Guests must be responsible and clean with it. No pet alone in the apartment.
- No parties or events
- Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 6 years)
- Check-in from 4pm: we will wait you in the lobby, if you delay communicate it in advance.
- For same day booking, we may need up to three hours after it, for clean up the apartment.
- For late check-in after 9pm a fee can be applied.
- Check-out at 11am.
– 1 Guest Card for each guest is included complimentary with your rental ( max 4 cards). In the case of damage or loss, a fee of $90 for each FOB, or GUEST CARDS will be charged. For keys, a fee of $140 will be charged.
- The complex of Icon Brickell has parking on premises.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The condo is steps from restaurants, cafes and nightclubs, American Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, just a couple blocks to Whole Foods and Publix supermarkets and Brickell City Center Mall near Mary Brickell Village.
Also Icon is unique because around parks where can take a relaxing walk or play jogging: Brickell Park, Miami Circle Park, Brickell Key Park

GETTING AROUND
Icon Brickell is the best location in Miami, it's strategically located, minutes driving to Miami Beach, International Airport, Design Districts and Wynwood, Adrienne Arsht Center, Port of Miami, Key Biscayne with Crandon Park. Here there is a 1.8 miles beach and Biscayne National Park. A south Florida's favorite attraction specially for family, is Miami Seaquarium in Key Biscayne.
The other National Park in South Florida, are Everglades National Park (Homestead & Miami), Big Cypress National Preserve (Miami & Naples), Dry Tortugas National Park (Key West).
Public transportation: Metrobus, Metrorail, Metromover, Miami Trolley. Metromover and Trolley are free, station and bus stop under the building.
