Nice vacation home

Bedrooms were nice. The one bedroom with three single beds worked well for bedding kids. Children really enjoyed the pool We also enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch with ping pong table and outdoor table perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

Annual Guys Trip to South Florida

Gino/Kevin’s house in Deerfield Beach has lots of room for 5 guys for a 10 day stay, pool was amazing (Kevin had the temperature set perfect). Check-in was a breeze and Kevin only a phone call away if needed (and he wasn’t). Have rented before from Gino/Kevin and will definitely use them again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our visit to Deerfield Beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and pool table every evening. The kitchen had appropriate cooking supplies and outdoor grill was nice. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the manager was always good.

Deerfield Beach getaway

Although all the amenities weren't totally updated everything was certainly serviceable, provided lots of fun, there was a pool table, a heated pool and worked out just fine for our group Any issues we had we brought to the attention of Kevin the owner/manager and he was always cheerful and available. Our stay certainly rates a 9.

Great house

The house was great, close to the beach and lots of local attractions. It was clean upon arrival and we had no issues during our stay. The house had everything you could need. My kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table the most. Would def stay here again in the future :)

This house is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, Near the expressway. Close to the Beach, nice neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, the screened porch is nice. The downside is that most of the interior furniture appears to have come from thrift stores. The pool area has so much foliage growing close to the pool that the shedding from the plants is a nuisance. the house trim adjacent to the pool area needs painted making the area look shabby. I would stay there again because of the location. But for the price relatively small updates are needed.

Great location and comfy home

I rented this house to host my family from abroad and the house was so comfortable that it was difficult to get my family to want to leave, so I good part of our vacation was simply hanging out by the patio playing ping pong, grilling and enjoying the pool. The rooms were spacious and the beds and sheets were of great quality. Plenty of towels, and all kitchen essentials. Overall we had a great experience.

We had an excellent time at Kevin’s home. Close to all amenities, restaurants ( must go to Charm City Burger and The Cove) Easy walk to the beach and Deerfield Island. Deerfield Beach

This property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach. Owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, coolers and sand toys. The house has plenty of space and is equiped with an awesome grill, outside seating, and a heated pool. Property is located near Boca Raton which houses beautiful restairants and boutiques. I would just advise thenowner to fix the tiles around the pool;they are loose. We would stay again.

Awesome family home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. This spacious house was perfect for us and our two small children (1 toddler, 1 infant) . We enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool, patio with grill and kitchen. The managers were super responsive to any issues we had and fixed issues with heater and garage door asap. They even sent over space heaters when it was colder in our kids rooms. Highly recommend ! Would give 4.5 stars if possible . Only half a star off was for cleanliness of outside patio tile and the neighborhood location . It was Perfect for the type of trip we needed with two small kids . Thanks Gino !

SIMPLY THE BEST!

Me, my husband, my sister and all of our adult kids (a group of 9) stayed at this amazing house for 4 days. The host is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. While communication was perfect, I never needed him because he thought of EVERYTHING. From bikes to blow dryers, a million towels to everything you could possibly think of for a kitchen, to the most comfortable mattresses and quality bedding, to gas for the grill and shampoo, there was nothing this host didn’t think of. The house was spotless, the pool was awesome and there was privacy galore. Plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for 9 adults. I could not think of a single thing that would have made this rental better. Do not hesitate if you need a place in the south Florida area because this house is also centrally located. Loved it!

Horrible Experience

The property was highly dingy and dirty with rotten baseboards and drywall around the shower. There was mold on the shower door. The kitchen counter tops were not secure and would slide when leaned on. The pool tiles along the edge of the pool were all loose, and if you grabbed onto the edge, the tiles would flip up, Etc Etc Etc

Sorry but you exaggerated with your review our baseboards have some scratches from peoples luggage's and our shower door didn't have mold ,there was one small black spot on the shower door that our cleaning lady missed when she clean the bathroom Our kitchen counter is made from heavy granite and is not loose so I don't know what counter top you are talking about There were couple loose tiles around the pool we fixed that sense you left we replaced our BBQ two weeks ago we putt fresh paint on the baseboards and dry wall so the house is in perfect condition We manage 30 houses we are in business for17 years we don't neglect any of our houses You asked us for 50% refund on the last day of your stay but we didn't give you that refund because your issues were small and fixable if you told us on first day we could give you one night free and fix everything in one day The 50 % refund was to much for us to pay you

Cobwebs and several caterpillars in master bedroom. Several things were broken. Cannot get a response about partial refund

Raccoon living in attic- kept Coming out same time everyday into backyard or garage through huge hole in garage ceiling. Sent owner video and pics and no one was sent out to take care of it. It would be in backyard and ran toward our kids at one point. So we could not go outside or use pool after 5pm everyday. Or wash clothes in the evening because the washer/dryer in the garage. Paid to much to have limited access to things was crazy. I tried to resolve this privately but cannot get a response so here is my negative review. Asked for less than a 50% refund which was very fair. I will now dispute the entire amount with my bank. I’ve sent them text messages where I sent these details during my stay and after.

When we funded out there is raccoon on the property we call City to remove sorry that took City few days to send trapper Raccoon was remove on the day of your departure Raccoons are common in Florida and they are scare of people I live in Florida 20 years and in that time I had Raccoon twice on my property each time I when went outside RACCOON run away
