Villa of 17th century located on the top of a hill close by the medieval Verdelli castle 10 km from Montalcino (Brunello wine). Surrounded by 2 Hectars of Olives trees and wine yard. In the middle of the countryside , the villa offers a perfect stay to enjoy peace and quietness, trekking and biking around the most beautifull Tuscany landscapes. The beautifull beaches of Maremma are just 1 hour car distance.
Available with all kind of comforts, the villa has two floors. At the ground floor, a big kitchen&Dining area in front of a fireplace, a vast “salone” (typical countryside living room), a laundry room; the first floor; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The villa is surrounded by a vast garden with BBQ, tables, parasols and laying chairs. A small independent house (dependence) on the side of the villa ; 2 single beds, bathroom and a kitchen. Fireplace and Wood Pizza stoven .

to neighbouring medieval villages (Montalcino, San Quirico, Pienza, Buonconvento) and well-known
