ACCESSING THE PROPERTY
★ This property is located in the mountains. 4WD may be needed during snowy / icy conditions, but is not necessary during normal conditions.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
★ Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

★ This home is located in a neighborhood that is undergoing growth. There is ongoing construction near the home, behind the home and on streets near the home. Please be aware this can result in extra noise, traffic and workers being present during the day. We are unable to mitigate this.

★ For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kcups, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. In the bathrooms, there will be a starter shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

★ Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

★ Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

★ No RV or Trailer parking.

★ Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
