The check in process was very simple & convenient. Charde was a great host; very responsive & accommodating. The house is very spacious with wide hallways & nice size bedrooms. The only negative for us mainly was the location; a bit sketchy with trash surrounding the property. We did feel safe & comfortable though.

The house had tiny ants on the counters in the kitchen & a couple on the sofa. Reported it to the host & they had pest control & home cleaners come out. Ants were still present & host said it will take 48hrs to be completely gone. After pest control came a roach was seen crawling on the counter. Very disappointed with the amount of money paid to be greeted with ants & roaches. Tried to work with the host but we felt too uncomfortable with these pests crawling around in the kitchen. There was also a bug (not sure what kind) on comforter in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The issues with the pests were documented with pictures sent to the host. Also, there’s only a tv in the main living area & master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms do not have tvs. Be prepared to watch tv on your phone or tablet unless you want to be inconvenienced and watch it downstairs in the main living area. The house has potential but the location is very sketchy. The backyard grass could have been cut. The trash bins were sitting out front upon arrival, as if the trash had been picked up that day the host could’ve came to move the trash bins around the back or in the garage.

Hi Jamila - Once again I am so sorry the ants in the home ruined your daughter’s graduation. Pest control was just at the home 3 weeks ago (the home is professionally treated by pest control quarterly), and we were not aware that ants were in the home until you let me know. I appreciate so much that you informed me of this, and once you did we paid $150 to expedite pest control off their regular schedule as well as $50 for additional cleaning. I hope this helps you feel more assured that the issues were addressed timely as much as is reasonably possible. I really hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay elsewhere, and once again I apologize for the ants and bugs that ruined your stay in our home.
