Perfect single-level home with a lot of special features - very cozy fireplace, huge backyard, safe neighborhood. This home is a special place. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, it is perfect for all your needs. When you're ready to venture out, there are many amenities a short drive away. Located 8 minutes from downtown Jenks, the aquarium, and the Tulsa Premium Outlets, and 20 minutes from downtown Tulsa, our home truly is in the perfect location. We welcome you to enjoy our home! The home has a large fenced in backyard and large patio, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a dining room. Luxury mattresses are equipped throughout the house. There is a bidet in the bathroom. There is a Cali king bed in the primary room and a queen bed in the secondary and third room. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI. In the garage there is a dedicated workout space. You can even park your car in the garage! The neighborhood offers excellent walking trails and ponds to enjoy. The neighborhood is very safe. The sunsets seen throughout the neighborhood are truly breathtaking. The entire home, garage, and large backyard are yours to use and enjoy! Please reach out if you need anything at all during your stay. We seek to always be available for our guests. Beautiful neighborhood for walking.
