I had the pleasure of staying with Pradeep Bhatia for two months during the summer, and it was an excellent experience. From the start, Pradeep was incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of his way to accommodate my needs. We shared meals together multiple times, which made me feel at home.The property itself is well-maintained, with a beautiful garden that added a lovely touch. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout my stay, and the TV with PRIME TV was a nice bonus. The convenience of having a parking spot available for my car was also greatly appreciated.In addition, the rental location is ideally situated, with numerous activities and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area during downtime.The price was very reasonable for a student budget, making this an affordable and pleasant stay. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend staying with Pradeep if you're looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Toronto.

The place is pretty and Pradeep is very genuine and kind. Definitely very welcoming. The place and stay was better than expected.

Harmony, friendliness, respect and cleanliness at its finest!

Pradeep and his lovely mother are both a pleasure to be around. The house is beautiful, clean, and harmonious - like the owners. I love everything about 21 Larchmere. Comfortable, active, and healthy. The absolute best! Love it!
