Beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with private balcony and amazing views

Bright & beautiful oceanfront condo on the third floor with private balcony and spectacular ocean views. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, crisp white cabinetry, both a standard & Keurig coffee maker, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and new flooring throughout the entire condo. The shower includes modern mosaic tiling and a rain shower head. Private access to beach/fishing pier/community pool/complex laundry facility.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Beautiful and convenient location! It was exactly as described. We had a great time. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend. Do keep in mind that this is 3rd floor and there is no elevator if someone in your party is limited in managing steps.

Perfect oceanside get away

We came for a family wedding. Beachfront property was great! Great views, great pool and great access to restaurants and bars. Would suggest stocking beachtowels along with the assortment of great neachtoys!

There was a smell of cigarette smoke which was attempted to be masked by an air freshener. Dishwasher did not work so all glasses/dishes were dirty. Couch had a bad odor. It didn’t feel clean in there; everything was sticky.

These condos are by nature small but works well for my husband, toddler and myself. Cleaners need to do a better job, we found crumbs and things around the condo. The sliding door to balcony is off track and we weren't able to fix so it was a struggle going in and out. The condo bedroom is on side sun comes up and there's no black out curtains (which isn't as much a problem for sun as it is the light outside the door shining in all night if you are a sensitive sleeper like me). The view is spectacular and we love that side of the sea cabins.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first visit to Isle of Palms. This condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable with excellent ocean views. We were disappointed in the cleanliness though. The apartment looked as though it had not been dusted in many months. There was a thick coating of dust on the air vents, ceiling fans and wall pictures. The bedroom window was coating with cobwebs and dirt. This was not the result of the cleaning crew missing one cleaning! Once we did some dusting, the place was much more comfortable. The description did not say that the unit includes a set of bunks in the hallway. Since we didnt need extra sleeping space, this provided extra storage space for towels, etc. Overall Sea Cabin is a beautiful condo with easy pier and beach access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Sea Cabin 311 A for a week over the 4th of July and loved it. Wonderful location, beautiful view, and friendly neighbors. A few notes:-Cabins are all different. Some are updated, some are not. Do research and find one that suits your budget/style. This cabin was absolutely worth every penny.-We stayed in building A and could see most of the fireworks being shot off of the pier from our balcony, but buildings B and C would have full views. However, the ocean view from 311 A could not have been any better!-Not a complaint, but a suggestion to future visitors: bring a hairdryer if you typically use one! This cabin is extremely well-equipped, but no hairdryer. It had everything else we needed though! -I loved the decor- beautifully beachy without being kitschy -Property was so easy to get to, and within walking distance to several restaurants and a very nice grocery store

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo building before, so knew what to expect with location and amenities of the complex. However, the last one we stayed in had no bunk beds so much more space.Overall its not the best place we've stayed in and not the worst. I would not recommend more than 2 people in this unit, even though it has a pullout bed and bunk beds the space is really limited and tight; even a single kid would be a lot! Pros: Convenient to the beach and to get in and out of IOP. It has been tastefully remodelled so feels updated and clean. Bed is comfortable. Couch is comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the unit, so it suited us perfectly. Felt clean, and had enough cleaning supplies to get us going. The view from the patio is so stunning- enjoyed morning coffees and afternoon drinks overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. Appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella included with unit. Cons: The space in this condo is much more limited than we first thought. There is no storage space in bathroom for toiletries, the bedroom has really limited closet and drawer space. (Very hard to find a spot for two suitcases). Living room is very crowded with furniture for such a small space (Three ottomans, large couch, two chairs etc.) Bedroom carpet needs to be changed its quite worn and dirty. Window in bedroom lets in all noises we first thought it was open (people walking by, cars, etc). Patio furniture needs to be changed as its in rough shape. Suggestions to owner: - Remove some of the living room furniture (suggest removal of one chair and additional 2 ottomans) - Change the patio furniture as its completely rusted and falling apart. - Update the carpet in the bedroom- Change mattress pad as it is very stained (noticed once removed sheets as required at end of stay)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good with the unit except the air conditioning. We got in late Friday night and went onto bed. Saturday afternoon the air conditioning began to give trouble. We called a service line and was on hold for roughly 25 to 30 minutes before speaking to someone. The representative honestly didn't seem to know what to do. But, she did get it sent over to a repair service. The company responded quickly and put freon in the unit and it began to work fine. On Sunday afternoon the unit started to give trouble again. We texted the number, went out and got dinner, and went on home later that night. We had to leave the next morning anyway. Things will happen and things will break, that's normal. I just felt like the call for service process wasn't as good as it should've been.

However, though the unit was nice we did encounter a smell that whole time we were there. It could be described as musty. The rental office did come and change the air conditioning filter and gave us an air purifier to use which was nice but the smell never went away. It would also be nice to get the linens (towels, washclothes) refreshed after a couple of days. With the humidity nothing could really dry. But, we had a great time and when we did encounter issues the rental office was helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit that we stayed in was ok. It had be updated not too long ago and the furnishings were nice enough. The mattress was as hard as a brick, but we all have our preferences. My problem was the overall condition of the building. We have always stayed in Building B and this was our time in Building A. The building seemed to be much more worn. Exterior doors that were rusty, skylights in the ceiling as you exit the unit that leaked terribly when we had rain. Just old and worn looking.
