Bright & beautiful, fully renovated one bedroom oceanfront condo on the third floor that comfortably sleeps four people. Renovated January 2018 NEW modern mosaic tile shower with rain shower head. Private balcony with spectacular ocean views as far as the eye can see! Fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, new crisp white cabinetry, both a standard & Keurig coffee maker, full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous coastal accents in decor and new flooring throughout the entire condo space. Other delightful features include WIFI personal to Sea Cabin 311, a 55" wall mounted flat-screen Smart HD TV (with HD service) and DVD player in living room as well as a flat-screen TV in bedroom for additional comfort and convenience. Access to beach/fishing pier/community pool/complex laundry facility. 490 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.
