The farm house was just as advertised and perfect for our group (which included a few little kids). Location is great for visiting Atwood as well!

Summer was great to work with and responded quickly when we had to add more days to our family trip. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family dinners and were provided with another table & chairs. The pool table was enjoyed by all. Thank you for hosting our family.

The property was great and well maintained. In the bedrooms downstairs we weren’t able to hang our clothes in the closet but the rooms upstairs were perfect.

We (10 of us) gathered there for a family burial Sept. 24-26th 2026. The Black Kettle Farm was a fantastic place to gather for our event. Very clean, rooms were perfect and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of games to play.Summer was very responsive when we had a minor issue. She is an excellent host and we thank her and her husband for everything.
