Lounge room and every one of all 3 bedrooms has 180 degree waterviews.
Private roof top has 270 degree waterviews.

Penthouse with French coastal style deco.

Lounge room verandah stairs lead to private roof top area.
High sit bar style 6 people table and chairs on roof top facing water. Also has open air jacuzzi spa and an additional table setting to seat another 8 people.

Small BBQ facility on lounge room verandah.
Large BBQ facility on roof top.

Master ensuite bedroom got a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single bed but can be combined into 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 2 single beds.
Whole penthouse has Unlimited Wi-fi.

PLEASE NOTE – This property is not suitable for school leavers/University student party groups - this is a family property with permanent residents as neighbours. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Groups of adults are ONLY accepted on the basis that they respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules. Good location

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful outlook and walking distance to the main area with restaurants etc. We especially loved the rooftop with the BBQ and hot tub! Bed in the master bedroom was pretty uncomfortable (very soft!) but apart from that a great stay overall.

Host was incredible

Thankyou Andrew for checking in on us as we were staying in the July Floods, a very caring host, going above and beyond. Apt was very comfortable including lounge and beds, the table was great for eating and board games and kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooftop view was breathtaking! Waking up to the gorgeous sunrise. The location was perfect

Perfect property for family getaway! Spent most of our time on the rooftop, we just couldn’t get away from the gorgeous views surrounding us AND the Jacuzzi! The property had comfortable beds and spacious living room. The owners were super friendly and accommodating! I’d definitely book this place again :)

Firstly contact with the owners was great. They gave us very clear instructions for our check in and check out. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend Away.

We had a wonderful weekend in this property. Great location for an easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. The views are amazing from the rooftop deck and the hot tub was well used. The hosts were very responsive. Thanks so much, we’ll be back !

Family Birthday Celebration

We recently stayed in Andrew and Sally's apartment for a long weekend to celebrate my 60th Birthday and to attend a wedding up on the Central Coast. What a great spot with marvellous views and the bonus of a hot tub on the roof. Well appointed and clean - perfect for our needs. We will return in the future!

Lovely apartment and location

Located in a lovely peaceful spot. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable, linen is of quality and the claw foot bath was a lovely surprise. Rooftop area was spacious although with the torrential rain we didn’t get to enjoy it. We appreciated the late checkout and the 2 car spaces in the basement.

Beautiful Place with Spectacular View

We stayed for 2 nights in this penthouse with my family and we had a wonderful time. We were so amazed with the place the very first moment we came in. The breathtaking waterview and the jacuzzi at the rooftop was marvelous. Andrew and sally were both very helpful.

50th Birthday

Had a lovely weekend at this property celebrating my 50th birthday. The location is fantastic with great water views. It is within walking distance to shops and places to eat. It was great to have two bathrooms as there was four girls staying. The beds were really comfy and each room had water views. It was really nice and peaceful sitting on the rooftop with a few nibblies and a glass of wine watching the sun go down.

Need to update house standards and new cleaners

Location and property manager was good. Many downfalls to the property and do not recommend, for the price that you pay and being a penthouse,this does not meet the standards. The house was very very dusty, webs on the window seals, german cockroaches infested in the kitchen cupboard, vacume that had no vacume head, the oven that was smocky therefore many items was not in use. Dining table cushions were ripped. For a high end penthouse this was way out of our expectations. Will not stay here again and if anyone has allergies please do not risk booking.

The company that clean the apartment are not good, had cob webs on the windows on the inside and kitchen had cockaroachs everywhere could not use.

Excellent penthouse and location

We stayed with our family of 5. The place is really well equipped. It has a beautiful Jacuzzi on the rooftop with water views. A short stroll to town centre and beaches. Opposite is a great boat shed. Go paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Will definitely go back!!

Dissatisfied

7 days of misery due to an unsanctioned party of women next door. Too many in a small apt, too noisy despite apt rules "no parties" Contacted the owners and left the place early and went home.
