Private roof top has 270 degree waterviews.

Penthouse with French coastal style deco.

Lounge room verandah stairs lead to private roof top area.
High sit bar style 6 people table and chairs on roof top facing water. Also has open air jacuzzi spa and an additional table setting to seat another 8 people.

Small BBQ facility on lounge room verandah.
Large BBQ facility on roof top.

Master ensuite bedroom got a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single bed but can be combined into 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 2 single beds.
Whole penthouse has Unlimited Wi-fi.

PLEASE NOTE – This property is not suitable for school leavers/University student party groups - this is a family property with permanent residents as neighbours. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Groups of adults are ONLY accepted on the basis that they respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules.
