The Space:

Rustic Charm meets modern comfort. This spacious retreat features an inviting living room with 2 sided fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. A fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. The Primary suite offers a luxurious king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The loft includes a cozy sitting area and additional sleeping for up to 5 guests and an additional bathroom. Great for families and groups. Whether your curling up by the fire, gathering for meals or soaking in the peaceful mountain and river surroundings, this cabin provides the perfect balance of warmth, relaxation and convenience.

Step outside and take a short stroll to Main Street, where you'll find charming local shops, cozy cafes and a variety of restaurants. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure, a scenic walk along the river, or a relaxing afternoon exploring the town, taking in a show at the opera house, enjoying a venue at the Discovery Park, this location provides the perfect blend of natural beauty and small town charm.



Getting Around:

You can stroll to Main street in minutes, hop on a bike and cruise the scenic Greenbrier River Trail. For exploring farther out-to Snowshoe Ski Resort, nearby golf courses, or the surrounding forests-having a car is best to make the most of your stay.



Other Things to Note:
The 2nd bedroom is an open Loft. In the loft is a daybed which can be used as 2 twin beds or abutted to each other as a king bed. There is also 1 single bed great for a small adult or child. Additionally there are 2 chairs that pull out to beds which are perfect for small adults or children. There is a portable folding twin bed by the main level laundry for the additional guests comfort. You can set it up in that area or anywhere else on the main floor you desire. Additional linens in the closet immediately across from the bed. Please leave open so the housekeeper knows to clean it.

All the information you need about your stay and the home is right at your finger tips. You'll find QR codes throughout the property that link to helpful guides and instructions, and a full printed guest manual in the living room as well. Of course before and during your stay the manual is available on the platform's website that you booked your reservation thru.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all used towels, and bath mats, Put in washer with 1 detergent sheet, start quick wash-hot. Housekeeper will take care of the rest
You are on dishwashing vacation, No dishes are to be handwashed and put away by the guest. Dishwasher provided for your use-detergent under sink.
All trash to be bagged and put in cans in gravel area under home. If not bagged the garbage men will not pick up. Make sure garbage can lid is securely in place to prevent animals having a feast. 😊
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Recommend for children 12 and over due to the Spiral stairs and location on the river.
No parties, no smoking or vaping in home or on the deck or under the home. No parking under the home. Only 1 pet permitted dog only

This was a beautiful cabin to stay. My family and I spent a weekend skiing at Snowshoe and decided to stay here. It was clean, well stocked and overall beautiful.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! The location was a huge highligh-being so close to the Greenbrier River Bike trail made it incredibly easy to hop on for riding. It was the perfect mix of convenience and peaceful surroundings.The cabin itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Everything we needed was right there, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the setting was. The large porch overlooking the river is awesome for unwinding after a day outdoors.The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a cozy place with easy access to the trail and a relaxing atmosphere, this is a great choice. We would absolutely stay here again! We actually loved it so much that we extended our original stay!

The surrounding national and state forest makes this a year-round destination for nature lovers. It's the kind of place that guests can truly unplug, unwind and feel at home. this home's location sits along the tranquil Greenbrier River as well as a few hundred yards to the Greenbrier Bike trail. It is just a short stroll to local shops and restaurants
