Modern, waterfront beach cottage on a hidden bay in Three Mile Harbor. This comfortable, well-appointed home provides a perfect venue for escaping the city with a deep pool / hot tub, easy access to the bay for kayaking and paddleboarding, and a large open yard all out your back door. East Hampton Village is a short 5-10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride. For families with small children, the small office currently has two cribs and a changing table, making this a great family getaway.
