Guest bedroom offered to you in this gorgeous block and stucco pool home. Cozy queen bed, well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and essential amenities like a hair dryer and iron. I’m a Realtor and live/work in the house with the master bedroom being on the opposite side. 2 indoor-only cats (Sassy & Buddy) have full run of house, but will not go in your room if you keep your door closed. There is a pocket door to close off the area to make it even more private, but layout more appropriate for a single person instead of a couple. Pool is warm enough to use from May to October. Otherwise, there are community pools and family pools. Guest passes available on request.

Why they chose this property
I chose this area because I did not have a bond to pay on the house and its situated nicely and convenient to a Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, banking, medical etc. Veteran's hospital and Mulberry Recreation Center nearby too.
What makes this property unique
It has a larger lot and surrounded by green despite single-lane road and cart path running behind the house.
