Completed in 1950 by an aspiring Oklahoma automobile executive, the property boasts 40 acres, a half mile of lakeshore with a two story boathouse.

The Aerie is perfect for a solo getaway, couple's romantic stay, or gathering of up to a DOZEN guests. A generational meet up for familes.

Our property is located in Burlington Township, 9 miles from the resort town of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. 13 miles from. Perham,Minnesota. 55 miles from the Fargo, North Dakota/Moorhead, Mn. hub of airport/ colleges/ city offerings.
