Charming 2-bedroom bungalow in amazing Atlanta with AC with W/D
Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy and stylish retreat is perfectly located just 5 miles from Downtown Atlanta, minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and less than a mile from the popular Lakewood Amphitheater—ideal for concert-goers, business travelers, and city explorers. A short drive to local eateries and vibrant neighborhoods like East Atlanta Village, Grant Park, and close to everything from Mercedes-Benz Stadium to Zoo Atlanta. A warm welcome to you!
Other than the locked door to the left in the hallway, and the locked closet next to the bathroom, guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home!

PLEASE READ - This home is located in the Polar Rock neighborhood of Atlanta. This area is an excellent location for all of Atlanta's sites yet tucked away in a quiet, humble community. Many neighbors know each other and are very friendly. Polar Rock is down the street from 2 neighborhood parks with playgrounds, The Swann Nature Preserve, Lakewood Amphitheater concert venue, Tyler Perry Studios, and one of the top 10 urban food forests in the world, The Urban Food Forests at Browns Mill!! There is so much to explore!
This neighborhood is in a transitioning phase. Many homes are under renovation, and there is a mix of old, shabby and new. If you are uncomfortable staying in an "up and coming" neighborhood, this might not be the right fit. If you have any questions about the area, don't hesitate to reach out! :)
Please do NOT flush wipes/baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet, as these products do not breakdown. Clogs due to these items/excessive toilet paper will be charged at cost to the guest.
