I am a father of 2 young kids. I work in the medical field as a nurse anesthesiologist. Investing in real estate was never my goal until I had my kids, and made me think of more ways to secure my kids future financially. Been invention inversion in long term properties and so far going well. I am new to STR/Mid term and so far I like it.
Why they chose this property
Copperas cove is pretty small safe town that is very close to fort Cavazos. So it’s a military family friendly and buying there made sense to me due to the demand of housing especially deployed military personnel’s.
What makes this property unique
Short drive to fort Cavazos, Killeen and medical care. Add to that the parks and restaurant and in general the relaxing atmosphere. My house has everything you need to feel home!
